Chris Brannigan is a Managing Director of Kingsgate Political Communications, and a Senior Fellow at Policy Exchange. His work has included papers on the Reform of Government, the Indo-Pacific and the lessons for Whitehall from the early stages of the Covid pandemic. He worked as a SpAd at No10 for both PM Theresa May (as her as Director of Government Relations) and Boris Johnson (responsibility for Defence and established the Integrated Review Task Force). He has recently completed a role as CEO of a UK trade body. Former British Army officer.
